Dragon Ball Z Fan Series Bios: Cindy and Peppa

Here now are the bios for my two OCs that will star in my DBZ fan series. Starting with Cindy, my girl OC self as she'll be in the series.

Tien: Master, and the one who taught her marital arts.
Chiaotzu: Friend of her master, and the one who revived her when she got shot and killed.
Yamcha: Friend of her master and Z-Fighter.
Krillin: Friend of her master and Z-Fighter.
Goku: Friend of her master and Z-Fighter.
Bulma: Friend of her master.
Master Roshi: Friend of her master, though she isn't quite as fond of him as the others, for obvious reasons...
Launch: Love interest of her master. Cindy supports her master's love for Launch, and gets along fondly with both sides of Launch as well.
Gohan: Son of Goku and Chi-Chi.
Chi-Chi: Wife of Goku.
Vegeta: Husband of Bulma. At first she wasn't too fond of him but gradually came to accept him alongside the other Z-Fighters.
Goten: Second son of Goku and Chi-Chi, and little brother to Gohan.
Trunks: Son of Bulma and Vegeta. She met both the young version and the future version.
Dende: Friend of the Z-Fighters.
Piccolo: Ally and Z-Fighter, mentor of Gohan, Goten and Trunks.
Yaijirobe: Old friend of the Z-Fighters. Isn't quite fond of his eating habits, though...
Korin: Old friend of the Z-Fighters.
Peppa: Friend and eventual love interest. After she feel in love with Peppa, she developed a rather... amusing fetish, where she enjoys feeling Peppa's tail in her grasp, whether it's a weakness of Peppa's or not.
Cell: Enemy.
Cell Jr: Enemy.
Android 18: Wife of Krillin.
Maron: Daughter of Krillin and 18.
Majin/Good Buu: Ally after Kid Buu was defeated.
Hercule Satan: Ally, though she's not quite fond of him due to having such a big ego...
Videl: Ally and Wife of Gohan.
Super Buu: Enemy.
Kid Buu: Enemy.
Danilo 'Smiling' Hellyer: Enemy. He is a crime lord that tries to make a pass on Cindy and Peppa, only to ruthlessly shoot Cindy down when she resisted him, killing her until Chiaotzu was able to bring her back. This also triggers Peppa's first transformation into a Super Saiyan.

Love Interest: Peppa, a Saiyan she rescued after Peppa crash landed to Earth, earning a head injury that left her losing all memories except her name and what race she is.

Attires:

Attire 1: Orange/red gi with red sash and wristbands, orange/red marital arts pants, white socks and dark orange kung fu shoes.
Attire 2: Lime green tanktop with midriff exposed, yellow khaki shorts with orange belt, orange fingerless gloves, red sneakers with loose lime green socks.
Attire 3: Dark blue/purple dress that goes to upper thighs, white watch on wrist, yellow boots with dark blue/purple socks.
Attire 4: Light blue buttoned up sleeveless vest, white pants with lime green belt, white heels.

Hairstyle:

Attire 1, 2 and 4: Hair tied in a wavy ponytail with gold bun for ponytail.
Attire 3: Hair down with side hair put up in dark pink ribbon.

Backstory: Cindy Calci was what many guys called a "tomboyish energetic girl" that didn't take bullcrap from anyone. When she persisted to her parents she wanted to become a gifted marital artist, they quietly accepted her lifestyle choice, letting her do as she wished. Thus when she heard of the dojo the Z-Fighter Tien had opened to the public, she was quick to sign in and became one of Tien's most promising students, having a natural talent in her marital arts and the skills Tien taught her, including using her ki to fly and fire ki blasts as well as the legendary Kamehameha taught to the Z-Fighters by Master Roshi.

One night however while she was asleep in her room, a crash outside forced her awake, and she set out to investigate. Finding what appeared to be a woman in a strange pod, she was shocked in all regards to see this woman was not a woman at all! Instead, the female figure she saw was a Saiyan, as Tien had told her about Saiyans and how dangerous they usually are. Some Saiyans however, like Goku and Vegeta, were good now. And so Cindy felt bad when she noticed this female Saiyan, that happened to look a lot like Goku himself, was badly injured, having sustained a injury to her head. Taking pity, Cindy took the Saiyan, named Peppa in and took her back to her room, tending to her till she was back at full health. Ever since, Peppa was smitten with her and they quickly formed a bound and friendship, that eventually transferred into what Tien and his own love Launch would truly consider to be "true love divine", showing that love is love, no matter where it's found.

Traits and Personality: Skilled in marital arts, ki, flying, and ki manipulation. Tomboyish and stubborn, sometimes full of herself. Obeys her master Tien and gradually matures to be more serious in battle, only joking around when with friends and loved ones.

Special Moves:

Kamehameha: Fires a blue ki wave from her cupped hands after cupping her hands together and forming a ball of ki charging it up a bit.
Tri-Beam: Fires a ki blast from her hands placed in front of her in a triangle-shaped hand signal.
Volleyball Fist: Hits an opponent with a attack similar to the sport Volleyball, smacking the opponent into the air and then spiking them with a palm strike downward.
Neo Tri-Beam: A more stronger version of Tri-Beam, though it costs lots of stamina so the more Cindy uses it, the more likely she'd tire herself out using the move.
Super Kamehameha: Fires a more powerfully charged Kamehameha.

Weaknesses: She is wild and tomboyish, often underestimating her opponents, though she gets strict discipline from Tien and gradually becomes less cocky once she matures into a more serious fighter. She is also quick to anger and ceases being provoked or taunted, often letting out fits of rage after such taunts.

Danilo 'Smiling' Hellyer: Enemy. This also triggers Peppa's first transformation into a Super Saiyan, who then kills Danilo in cold blood.

Love Interest: Cindy, a Earthling that took her in and healed her back to full health.

Attire: Dark blue breastplate with skirt like section of armor around lower body, gold shoulder straps, gold middle on mid-section of armor, black tights, reddish pink armbands, white boots with gold heels.

Hairstyle:

Normal: Resembles hairstyle of Goku, Bardock and Turles.
Super Saiyan: Resembles Goku's Super Saiyan hairstyle.
Super Saiyan 2: Resembles Broly's Legendary Super Saiyan hairstyle and Trunks (Future)'s "Super Trunks" hairstyle.
Super Saiyan 3: Resembles Goku and Gotenks's Super Saiyan 3 hairstyle. Eyebrows do not vanish compared to Goku and Gotenks, and eyes slightly narrow compared to other Super Saiyan transformations.

Backstory: Peppa suffered from short term memory the instant she crashed to Earth. Who she was before and what she had come to Earth for, she had completely forgotten. She only remembered her name and that she is from the race of alien known as the Saiyans, making her akin to the likes of Goku and Vegeta. Taken in by a young Earthling woman named Cindy Calci, Peppa was very grateful to Cindy and became smitten with her, to where the two eventually developed deeper feelings for one another, that finally reached to full love after Cell was defeated by Gohan.

Peppa would later gain the first 3 Super Saiyan forms as well, the first one obtained when Cindy was killed by Danilo 'Smiling' Hellyer, a local crime lord that shot Cindy dead with a gun. Though Cindy was later revived by Chiaotzu, seeing Cindy shot down and killed in front of her caused Peppa's anger to reach its peak and she turned into a Super Saiyan for the first time, killing Danilo in cold blood.

She obtains Super Saiyan 2 from Gohan, when she and him fight after he reveals he's a Saiyan too, thanks to being Goku's son.

She obtains Super Saiyan 3 after witnessing Goku change into the form, and with Tien and Cindy monitoring her she manages to obtain the form and regulate it to where it doesn't take a toll on her body.

Traits and Personality: True to Saiyan form, she is a skilled fighter, making use of ki and her strength to overpower her enemies. As with most Saiyans, she also has a huge appetite as well, and loves to learn about Earth culture from Cindy.

Special Moves:

Full Power Energy Wave: Fires a one-handed ki wave from her palm.
Two-Handed Full Power Energy Wave: Fired a ki wave from both hands cupped together in front of her.
Full Power Energy Barrage: Fires a barrage of large ki waves repeatedly.
x100 Full Power Energy Wave: A fully charged, more powerful version of Full Power Energy Wave, much stronger then the original.
Saiyan Spirit Barrage: Channels her inner Saiyan Spirit and unleashes a barrage of attacks ending with a massive ki wave from both hands, similar to Vegeta's Final Flash. Uses this move mainly while as a Super Saiyan, and later as a Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3.

Weaknesses: Her tail is untrained up until the Majin Buu saga when she first obtains Super Saiyan 3, as Tien helps her to train her tail by then. For the majority of the series of her and Cindy's adventures before then, she grows weak and unable to move when foes grab her tail squeezing it tightly. She also developed a similar personality to Goku, wanting to show mercy even to evil and cruel villains, save only for Danilo 'Smiling' Hellyer when he killed Cindy.
